A licensed CPA signs, and answers for, every opinion.
Every conclusion is reviewed by a licensed CPA before signature. The signing CPA is named, accountable under professional standards, and answerable to regulators and to you. AI never replaces judgment, and it never replaces accountability.
Independence
We audit. We do nothing else for audit clients.
We do not keep your books, prepare your taxes, value your positions, or design your systems. Independence rules exist so an auditor never audits its own work. Avow was designed inside those rules from the first day, which is why firms that do your accounting or your taxes can refer you here without conflict.

Security
Access is read-only and encrypted.
Evidence access is scoped to the minimum the audit requires, encrypted in transit and at rest, and handled under professional confidentiality. You can revoke access at any time.
- Read-only API keys and view-only credentials. Nothing that can move funds.
- We never hold private keys. We never ask for transfer authority.
- Wallet addresses and records are handled under professional confidentiality.
- Every access and every agent action is logged in the audit file.
Boundaries
What agents never do.
- Agents never sign. The signature belongs to a licensed CPA.
- Agents never own a judgment call. Materiality, estimates, and conclusions rest with the CPA.
- Agents never change scope. Scope changes are agreed with you in writing.
- Agents never touch keys or authority. Access stays read-only.
