Pricing
Fixed price per opinion. No hourly overruns.
You buy a signed opinion, not hours. The price is set at scoping, written into the engagement letter, and it does not move unless the scope does.

How the price is set
One scoping call. One number. One date.
- What we scope
- Strategies, venues, custodians, exchanges, your fund administrator, the reporting framework, and the period under audit.
- What you get
- A fixed per-opinion quote and a committed delivery date. Both go in the engagement letter.
- What changes the price
- Only a scope change, agreed with you in writing before work continues. Never the hours the work took.
- Attestations
- Stablecoin reserve attestations are priced fixed per attestation, on a standing monthly calendar.
Why fixed
You shouldn't fund your auditor's learning curve.
Hourly billing charges you for inefficiency, including the hours your audit team spends learning your asset class. Because agents do the fieldwork, our cost does not balloon with transaction count, so the price does not have to. The risk of overruns sits with us, where it belongs.
Signed, on schedule, at the price we quoted.
Included
What the fee covers.
- Full-population transaction testing across the period under audit.
- Status updates on one structure: what we tested, what we found, and what remains open.
- Review of every conclusion by a licensed CPA before signature.
- The signed opinion, delivered by the date in the engagement letter.
Quotes are engagement-specific. Book a scoping call for yours.
